Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Last Wallet on web and mobile. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Last Wallet (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Last Wallet is a cloud-connected personal finance app for tracking accounts, transactions, transfers, categories, tags, and analytics across web and mobile. The Service is login-required and online-only — an internet connection is needed to use it.

3. Eligibility and your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
  • Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

4. Your data and content

You own the financial data you enter or import into Last Wallet. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you. You can export your data to CSV, or delete your account and data, at any time — see our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Last Wallet is a record-keeping and reporting tool, not a source of financial, tax, or investment advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to record unlawfully obtained funds.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account or data.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service outside of an authorized disclosure process.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written consent.

6. API keys and third-party integrations

If you generate a developer API key to connect third-party automation tools (such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or Apple Shortcuts), you are responsible for keeping that key secret and for any data those integrations send to your account. Automated entries are held in a review queue and do not affect your balances until you approve them. We are not responsible for the behavior of third-party tools you choose to connect.

7. Availability and changes to the service

Last Wallet is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or change features in the future; if we do, we will give you reasonable notice before any change that affects your existing account. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend it temporarily for maintenance.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you before termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Last Wallet does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice, and is not a bank or licensed financial institution. Decisions you make based on data in the app are your own responsibility.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Last Wallet and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or financial loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
